STEP1: Before you participate in a Spree

Before participating in any spree please take some time to read the terms and conditions of each spree. By participating, you should understand and comprehend with PinkCandy’s spree terms & guidelines.

- You are advised to clear your queries before leaving orders in the comments.

-Please make payments within TWO days of ordering in the comments.

- Once you have posted your orders, check Pink Candy’s Blog regularly and make payment promptly, be responsible.

- When orders arrive from seller, they will be sent out via normal mail. For security, we advise Spree-ers to opt for registered mail. If you choose normal mail, we are not responsible for items lost!

-Buyers are highly recommended to take note of the measurements, state the sizes and colours CLEARLY in their orders. Pink Candy will not be able to conduct a size/colour change.

-Pink Candy will not be responsible for any damaged gds or any mistakes from the supplier side. (eg wrong colour, wrong item) Therefore buy at your own risk! Pink Candy on our part will check that the items are intact before sending out to you.

-Taiwan Sellers are normally VERY VERY slow. They normally always take up to 3-5 wks AFTER spree closed to arrive. So please be patient and understanding, we have many customers. We cannot cater to each and every individual but we will try our best.

- Lastly, if you cannot wait for items to arrive, simply do not participate.

-FULL refund will be made if there is a stock out situation or due to a lack of response. In the latter case, the spree will be cancelled if response is not good, similarly, FULL refund will be made! So do not worry! So do spread the word to your friends to avoid cancelling of sprees!

STEP2: PLACING ORDERS

1. To participate in a spree of your choice, just email us with the attached orderform or send us an email with the following ordering format:

NT190 x 0.052(exchange rate will be stated for each spree) + SGD$3.00 (handling fee)= $12.88

TOTAL AMOUNT PAYABLE: SGD$12.88 + SGD$12.88 + SGD$1.50 Postage fee ( depending on no. of items purchased ) = SGD$27.30 round up to nearest cent ( Add additional $2.24 if you want registered mail )

When you have made payment, send us an email to indicate that you have made your orders and add in [PAID] to the subject.

2. NO changes or cancellations are allowed after we have confirmed your order by sending a confirmation email.


MAKING PAYMENTS:

*NOTE: Always remember to post your transaction reference number and date and time of payment at the spree page of your orders. Also, place [PAID] at the subject of your post.


Well, after you have made payment. The rest of the job is to regularly check the spree post. ^^ There might be updates on out-of-stock items and stuff. Also you will have a better view of the processes. Whether your orders are made or whether they have [ARRIVED]. Don't forget to email the spree organiser your delivery address so that you'll be able to receive your orders!
